Hiring David S. Malcolm as our realtor was the best decision we’ve made this year. As you know, buying and selling a home can be quite a stressful process. You put in a bid, but will it be enough? Will you get outbid by someone else? Will something come up during the inspection that you hadn’t anticipated? Will the property appraise where you need it to be? Is the seller making outrageous demands? Who is looking out for your interests? David is an awesome realtor and I could end my review there, but I'll explain further. He helped us buy a home and sell a home in the aggressive Ann Arbor housing market. He worked with us to put offers on three homes and showed us many more than that. We were getting disgruntled losing out to cash offers or bids above the asking price, but David got us through the move. His energy and enthusiasm are boundless and he knows his business and the markets he operates in very well such that we were able to land the third house we made an offer on.
